Dario Tani is the Surfrito and the Chefrito of all times! haha ;) Finally based in one of the most beautiful Island of the Caribbean, Puerto Rico since 2013. living in many different places since 1999. Born and rise in La Guaira, north coast of Venezuela. Dario grow up in a surfer family community, enjoying all the surfing - sailing derivatives making to love the ocean like a temple. Start surfing at his age of 3 year old and start cooking at the age of 15 year old.

His cuisine ranges from asian influences, tropical caribbean, clean and healthy vegan environmentally conscious, soothing ingredients from local farms and farmers markets.
He founded SURFRITO in 2001, a brand that leader his lifestyle for Snacks and accessories. Inspiration and production collected from his travels.
